Tulobuterol Transdermal Drug Delivery System



The graph depicts the typical pattern of blood concentrations over time for an oral dose versus the transdermal administration of tulobuterol. Blood concentrations of an oral dose of tulobuterol sharply increases after oral administration (20:00), then rapidly declines below the effective blood concentration range by 4:00 hours, producing the “morning dip” effect in the circadian rhythm of respiratory function. This pattern of drug absorption was resolved when the unique chrono-controlled drug release transdermal technology was applied to tulobuterol. Blood concentrations slowly increase, peak at 4:00 hours, then steadily decline, avoiding any dramatic fluctuations and maintain the effective blood concentration range.

CytoPure™ Transfection Reagent



CytoPure™ Transfection Reagent is a revolutionary new methodology for selectively delivering plasmid DNA into a broad range of mammalian and insect cells. This patent-pending reagent is unlike all other cationic polymer-based reagents with its unique mode of biodegradation into small, non-toxic molecules after entry into the cell. Under physiological conditions, the biodegradable nature of CytoPure™ Transfection Reagent increases the transgenic expression and reduces the cytotoxicity typically caused by large cationic polymers.
